Black Children are Verbally Deprived
When it comes to the Neglish language some people think African-American children are verbally deprived. Accents and place of origin play a big role when people make assumptions about countries and people. History has always regarded Black people as the 'inferior group' a reason why people have looked upon them as 'ignorant and language deprived'.
I can understand why people would make these assumptions. You always see and hear that they are from a third world country with little to no education so it won't be weird to think that they are not as good with words as us. But when you look deeper into it you'll find out it is not true.
